About Aspire International Foundation
The Aspire International Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 corporation with its mission of “Promoting the Wellbeing of the minister, spouse and church”. Aspire ministry takes place through its CORE 7 chapters which includes five major area’s: National/International ministries, mission points, training and life coaching, administration of the organization and ministry expansion.
How We Serve – CORE 7 Chapters
CORE 7 are state chapters in which Aspires ministries are implemented. The work of the chapters include:
Opportunities of expanding one’s social and ministry network
Leadership development and enrichment
Life coaching with certified coaches
Church and State resources for pastor and staff in strengthening churches
Events, seminars, zoom workshops
Women and spouse support
Guidance in a transition plan of completing full time ministry – 3DE Experience
A National Conference for personal and spiritual enrichment, leadership development, ministry networking, mentoring and coaching in one’s role of ministry
Guidance in financial and health care

Aspire’s National Ministries
Annual Fall National Conference (October)- providing spiritual, personal renewal, breakout sessions for church staff based on various stages and role of one’s leadership, ministry resources, networking, marriage enrichment, financial and health guidance, state leadership networking
3DE “Dare to Define Your Destiny” – guidance in transitioning from full time ministry. Guidance is provided as one creates a plan for this stage of life in repurposing, refocusing, reinventing one’s identity and redeploying gifts and talents for this season of life
The Gideon Project Experience – guiding churches to strengthen their mission, leadership and pastor/staff support through CORE 7 consultants, trainers, coaches and speakers
Life Coaching – Certified life coaches provide coaching for personal development, career transitions and church staff.

Aspire has two types of donors:
Sponsors/Partners who donate out of their passion for the ministry, and
Partners who by their work or company, can provide services to ministers and spouse through Aspires CORE 7 chapters.

Sponsor/Partner Opportunities
There are three primary levels of donation participation:
LEVEL ONE : WELLBEING SPONSORS/PARTNERS – Supporting the National Ministries of CORE 7 chapters.
National Conference – providing spiritual, personal renewal, ministry network and resources to aid in one’s ministry, marriage enrichment, guidance in financial planning including Medicare, one’s transition to retirement, leadership coaching, church health resources, breakout sessions for staff leadership, state leadership networking.
Gold Level – $10,000
Green Level – $7,500
Blue Level– $5,000
3DE “Dare to Define Your Destiny” a retirement experience guiding ministers and spouses through the transitions of completing or completed full time ministry.
One group – $5,000 (7-12 individuals)
Gideon Project Experience – guiding churches to strengthen their mission, training laity and staff in their leadership roles through CORE 7’s consultants.
Church support – $10,000 for one year for each church
LEVEL TWO – ANCHOR PARTNERS - $15,000
Anchor Partners provide support for two Aspires national ministries through its CORE 7 chapters.
LEVEL THREE - THE FOUNDATION CIRCLE – $25,000-50,000+
The Foundation Circle is a group of individuals and or companies that provide funding for the foundational operations of Aspire with their investment affecting each aspect of Aspirer’s ministry, both domestically and internationally.
