Meet Jay Harris
MDIV, MARE, PCC (Personal Certified Coach)
Jay serves on CORE 7 National team as the Director of Coaching practices and training for CORE 7 coaches.
Jay is the founder of Coach Impact, a Life-Plan Coaching practice. He is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and has been coaching for thirteen years. Jay teaches coaching skills as part (of) several coach training faculties. He enjoys mentoring coaches in their certification processes as an ICF Certified Mentor. Jay also serves on the board of directors of the North Texas chapter of the ICF. He recently retired after 50 years in ministry, serving in educational and denominational roles in a number of churches and organizations.
His coaching focus includes: Life Plan, transition, leadership, spiritual development, prayer, and marital/premarital coaching.
Jay leads and trains CORE 7 life coaches for Aspire Foundation’s 3DExperience. “Dare to Define Your Destiny” a two-day experience for ministers and spouses who are five years “from” or have completed full-time ministry. This experience is designed to guide one in the refocusing, reinventing and repurposing their lives after a career in full time ministry.
